Diagnose and address organisational design challenges.

Good organisation design can bridge the gap between an organisation’s current state and its ability to successfully achieve future goals. Leaders and managers play a pivotal role in driving effective design strategies by leveraging their deep understanding of their organisation’s dynamics and challenges. The ability to prepare and develop adaptable organisation designs based on strategic needs, and to lead impactful change, is an important skill for business leaders.

The Organisation Design online course is designed to build the knowledge and expertise needed to transform and optimise organisational structures. By exploring and assessing contemporary organisation design models, analysing the potential impact of design and understanding how to diagnose issues inside an organisation, you will learn to recognise the need for change. You will consider how changing external contexts might influence organisation design, constructs and ideas, and evaluate the future outlook of organisation design theories.
