Recognise, adapt and prepare for transformational change.

Strategic transformation involves radical changes in perception, thought and behaviour.  Transformational change differs from incremental strategy, being applicable across longer timescales and affecting the organisation more deeply.  Leaders need to accept and adapt to change, and build the skills needed to respond with transformational insight.  These behaviours are critical for the success of both organisations and individuals.

The Transformational Strategy online course is designed to provide an advanced understanding of issues relating to strategic change. You will learn diagnostic frameworks related to transformational strategies and how to apply these frameworks at an organisational and sector level. Employing models that strategy experts use, you will learn about the forces driving change and develop a more sophisticated understanding of transformational strategy.
