Cranfield School of Management’s business master’s programmes have been ranked amongst the best in the world in the QS and Rankings 2025.

The rankings highlight master’s programmes with strong links to industry, positive alumni outcomes and excellent return on investment, and assess a range of indicators including diversity, employability and thought leadership.

Professor David Oglethorpe, Deputy Vice-Chancellor - Faculty of Business and Management, welcomed Cranfield’s results: “The teaching excellence at Cranfield, coupled with real world practical applications and courses designed with industry leaders, gives our graduates a real edge when it comes to employability and career outcomes. Cranfield MBA rises 14 places to top 20% globally

Cranfield’s full-time MBA, known as the Transformation MBA, has risen 14 places to be ranked 68th in the world – in the top 20% - 8th in the UK and 24th in Europe. It was placed 26th in the world, in the top 8%, for its excellent alumni outcomes, and in the top 100 globally for diversity, employability and thought leadership. Cranfield’s entrepreneurial offering was also scored highly, reflecting the specialist support given to students with ambitions to run their own business.

World top 50 for Management, Supply Chain and Marketing

The Management MSc at Cranfield was placed 34th in the world overall and ranked 35th globally for employability. Return on investment was highly scored, with Cranfield placed 2nd in the UK, and the programme placed in the top 100 globally for alumni outcomes, thought leadership and value for money.

The Logistics and Supply Chain Management MSc is 12th in the world overall rising two places from its previous position, in the global top 15% and placed 2nd in the UK. It took the top UK position for return on investment. The programme is in the global top 50 for every indicator – including placing 12th for employability, 13th for diversity, and 16th for thought leadership.

Cranfield’s Strategic Marketing MSc is 22nd in the world and 5th in the UK. The programme is highly ranked at 4th in the UK for enterprise and alumni outcomes and 12th globally for employability.

Cranfield’s Finance MSc is 56th in the world in the latest rankings and 8th in the UK, and is placed 38th in the world for employability and in the top 100 for diversity, alumni outcomes and thought leadership.
